Last few days

Wed: end ride. 3 hr. 55 miles
* started to feel a bit tired at end but not to bad. didn't eat anything. pedaling feels good.

Tue: strength workout. Hills, (8x4') (90' total 22 miles)
* in big gear, hard efforts, (1 sitting, 1 standing, 1 alternating)

* saw doc. surgey check up
